Which platforms are live today?+
Meta Ads CSV reporting is live — upload a day-wise export from Meta Ads Reporting in the wizard (weekly, monthly, daily, comparison, historical, day-breakdown, quarterly, YTD, and creative report types where supported). Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4 website reporting, and Meta Marketing API sync are launching soon and included in your plan as each ships — no extra per-platform fee.
Is there really no credit card required for the free trial?+
Correct. Sign up and get 7 days of full access with no payment details required. You only need to subscribe when your trial ends and you want to continue.
What's the difference between Agency and Professional?+
Both plans include unlimited report generation, Meta CSV reporting today, white-label options, Slack/Zapier webhooks, and every platform as it launches. Agency supports up to 10 client workspaces; Professional is unlimited clients for larger rosters. Priority email support is on Professional.
Do you charge my card automatically each month?+
Yes — subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annual) through Razorpay until you cancel from Billing. We never store your card on our servers. Cancel anytime.
What happens when my trial ends?+
You will see a prompt to subscribe. If you choose not to subscribe, you cannot generate new reports, but your account, clients, and report history remain accessible.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Billing. Changes take effect immediately; client limits apply to active workspaces on Agency.
Can I connect ad platforms directly instead of uploading a CSV?+
Meta Marketing API sync is launching soon. Today the supported path is a day-wise CSV from Meta Ads Reporting (best parity with Ads Manager). Google Ads, TikTok, and GA4 API connect flows are also launching soon.
Can I white-label reports for my clients?+
Yes — included on the free trial and both paid plans. In Account settings, show NextReport (default), replace it with your agency name on shared links and client emails, or hide third-party branding entirely.
What currencies do you support?+
INR and USD pricing. Razorpay checkout supports UPI, cards, and net banking in India; international cards for USD.
Is my data secure?+
Reports and uploads are stored on encrypted infrastructure. We do not sell client data. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion.
